Preparing For Brexit - Government Information for Parents and Carers

Preparing for Brexit:

Schools are asked to inform Parents and Carers of pupils who are EU (European Union), EEA (European Economic Area) or Swiss citizens that they will need to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK after 2020.

If you have any queries and for further information please read the guidance on EU Settlement Scheme to find out who needs to apply https://www.gov.uk/settled-status-eu-citizens-families

Irish citizens’ right to live in the UK will not change when the UK leaves the EU. Irish citizens do not need to apply for the EU Settlement Scheme, but their family members, who are not Irish or British citizens, will need to.
