Huntcliff School are seeking two inspirational graduates, one English and one Mathematics, who can support identified students in addressing their learning gaps in these two subject areas.  These roles form part of the school’s catch-up strategy for students who have lost learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Working with the Subject Directors of English and Mathematics, the successful candidates will help in the identification and delivery of appropriate catch up work for targeted students to complete.  This will include tracking and recording students’ progress and providing written reports to the Senior Leadership Team on the progress of the students.
The successful candidates will be expected to deliver remote online academic support to identified students during any period that students may be self-isolating.
You must flexible in your approach to supporting teaching and learning whilst adhering to the school’s covid-19 Risk Assessment.

We are looking for:
An excellent practitioner with a creative approach, who will support school improvement and the needs of pupils   within the catch-up funding strategy.
Someone who is committed to achieving the best outcomes for all students.
A hard worker whose planning and feedback is thorough.
An excellent communicator and team player.

We are an ambitious and friendly 11-16 Academy situated in a very pleasant area on the borders of North Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire.

A Disclosure Barring Service (Enhanced DBS) check will be carried out for successful applicants for posts that involve contact with children and/or vulnerable adults and are considered to be ‘exempt’ under the rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975.
