Lunchtime Supervisor

Temporary position – initially for the Autumn Term 2020
Grade: 2

Salary: £3,959 (actual, subject to pending pay review).

Hours of work: 11:10am – 1:10pm 2 hours per day. 10 hrs per week, term time only.

Hours to reviewed in January 2021, depending on the COVID demands on the structure of the school day.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, adaptable and flexible Lunchtime Supervisor to commit to the aims and ethos of our school. This person will be responsible for the care and supervision of children over their lunchtime breaks, in accordance with the school’s policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone who is able to talk to the children, interact with them and if needed, follow the school’s Behaviour for Success Policy.

The successful applicant will be committed to the team and be able to keep calm under pressure.

They will be welcomed into a warm, friendly atmosphere, where our students are at the heart of everything we do.

We are an ambitious and friendly 11-16 Academy situated in a very pleasant area on the borders of North Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and all staff and volunteers must share this commitment. A Disclosure Barring Service (Enhanced DBS) check will be carried out for successful applicants for posts that involve contact with children and/or vulnerable adults and are considered to be ‘exempt’ under the rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975.
